At the Bollo, we just want to do good, simple, homely Sunday roasts, with all the trimmings. No badges. No Streamers. Nothing with an umbrella in it. No waiter who wants to be on childrens' television. Expect Elwy Valley lamb and roast corn-fed chicken.
